Terms of service

2025 TOS Policy:

Preorders: These will be run at a length of one week unless an extension is stated. Supplies will be ordered the day after it closes, and the 25-30 business day TAT will start once supplies arrive 

General Orders: Supply orders will be placed on Mondays. TAT will start once supplies are received. TAT is 25-30 Business Days.

Orders that have scrunchies will be a TAT of 40 business days. 

TAT- Does not include weekends or holidays, business hours are 9am through 3pm. 

If you need something for an event there is a rush fee on the website, it will be an additional charge of five dollars and it will ensure that your order moves to the front and will be done quicker. 

As this is a small shop most items are made within my home which is smoke free, but the home has pets such as a dog and cat. Items are stored away from animals but please make sure you are washing items before you wear them
